Source Music announced on Tuesday that K-pop girl group GFriend will reunite for a special album release and a 10th-anniversary concert.
The group, composed of Sowon, Yerin, Eunha, Yuju, SinB, and Umji, will release their special album, “Season of Memories,” with a pre-release on 6 January 2025, and an official release on 13 January 2025.
To celebrate their 10th anniversary, GFRIEND is set to hold a two-day concert from 18 to 19 January 2025.
This marks GFRIEND’s first comeback since their November 2020 album “回:Walpurgis Night,” which featured the title track “MAGO.”
The group disbanded in 2021 after their contracts with Source Music, a subsidiary of HYBE Corporation, expired, and the members decided not to renew.
Debuting in 2015, GFRIEND earned recognition for their synchronized choreography and melodic pop sound. They rose to fame with hit tracks like “Me Gustas Tu” and “Navillera.”
