In a letter to Acting District Collector Sigmundfreud Z. Barte, SNPWSC recognized the BoC NAIP-SEZ for its ongoing efforts to improve operational efficiency and trade facilitation. The appreciation emphasizes how dedicated the Bureau is to consistently assisting stakeholders and making sure that trade-related activities are processed on schedule.
Additionally, SNPWSC also expressed its gratitude to BoC Commissioner Bienvenido Y. Rubio for his inspiring leadership, which has helped modernize customs procedures significantly. The Bureau has positioned itself as a trustworthy trading partner under his direction by modernizing operations, streamlining processes, and putting the interests of its stakeholders first.
Acting district collector Barte was commended for his exceptional leadership and dedication to providing timely, efficient service, which were particularly crucial in ensuring that customs services will be accessible 24/7. On his behalf, Ms. Rovinson P. Delos Reyes, BOC NAIP-SEZ Satellite Supervisor in Binalonan, Pangasinan, received the recognition.
In his statement of appreciation, Acting District Collector Barte stated, “This recognition is a testament to the collective efforts of the BoC NAIP-SEZ team in providing dependable and efficient services to our stakeholders. Among the significant initiatives cited were the launch of an online logbook and file system, the concept of establishing a one-stop shop for export declarations and the issuance of e-Certificate of Origin, and the streamlining of shipment examinations for faster processing. These initiatives have significantly reduced processing times and improved operational efficiency.
