BAGUIO CITY — Bayani Tecson shot the lowest gross of five-under-par 64 to lead the winners of the Camp John Hay Golf (CJH) Club’s Silver Anniversary golf tournament here over the weekend.
CJH chairman Robert John Sobrepeña submitted 53 net points to beat Rey Gundran (50) and Marciano Garcia (47) in Class A while Nelson Co finished with 52 to defeat Cesar Lugtu (51) and Julius Villacruz (48) in Class B.
In the regular competition, Edwin Sagsago (Group 1), Jaime Bumactao Jr. (Group 2), Nestle Sapitola (Group 3), Monet Garcia (Seniors 1), Raul Cadiogan (Seniors 2), Julius Lagiwid (Seniors 3), Kim Hyang Kyung (Ladies 1) and Mitos Yñiguez (Ladies 2) emerged victorious.
Also shining were Jonar Austria (Group 1) and Jimmy Lapnawan (Group 2) in the sponsors division of this tourney staged by the CJH to honor its members, who have been with the club for the past 25 years.
