ACT-CIS Partylist Rep. Erwin Tulfo oversees the loading of over 2,000 sacks of premium rice onto trucks at their Quezon City headquarters on Friday, 25 October, 2024. The rice, along with P1 million in cash assistance, will be distributed to families in the Bicol region affected by severe flooding from Tropical Storm Kristine.
