TV host Robi Domingo tied the knot with his longtime non-showbiz fiancée, Maiqui Pineda, at the Diocesan Shrine and Parish of San Isidro Labrador in Pulilan, Bulacan, on Saturday, 6 January.

 Several influencers and showbiz personalities graced the romantic wedding ceremony.

Actress and comedienne Melai Cantiveros shared some clips of the wedding rites on her Instagram stories.

"Nakahabol din ako Robsy wabsy … awwwww … Super happy to witness this moment robs … We labyu rob and maiqui," Melai captioned.   

Bianca Gonzales-Intal and Maymay Entrata, who both became a part of the Pinoy Big Brother, were also present at the wedding. Robi was the runner-up of the Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Edition Plus in 2008, and years later, he became a host of the said reality show.

Actors Enchong Dee, Gab Valenciano and Joshua Garcia were also spotted in Melai's IG stories at the reception. 

According to a report by ABS-CBN News, among the principal sponsors were ABS-CBN president Carlo Katigbak, ABS-CBN chief operating officer for Broadcast Cory Vidanes, Star Magic head Laurenti Dyogi, Ogie and Regine Velasquez-Alcasid, Piolo Pascual, Vicki Belo and former vice president Leni Robredo.

 Ex-couple Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla were also spotted, standing as candle bearers.

Maiqui is "The One"

 After four years of dating, Robi asked for Maiqui's "yes" in Shibuya Crossing in Tokyo in November 2022.

 In an interview on the then-TeleRadyo show Journeys of Hope, Domingo shared a story about his first meeting with Maiqui until he realized that Maiqui was the one.

 "She gives me so much purpose, and we have the same goals and ideologies. I just can't stop talking to her. I love conversing with her," the TV host said.
