ILOCOS NORTE — Personnel of San Nicolas Police Station conducted an operation that led to the arrest of the female suspect, who is identified to be from Pasay City and a credit manager for a bank, together with her paramour, who is identified to be from Bakersfield, California, in a hotel at around 2:28 p.m. on Thursday, 4 January.

At around 10:30 a.m. on 4 January 2024, the husband of the female suspect reported to San Nicolas MPS to inform that his wife together with his paramour would arrive at Ilocos Norte at about 12:35 p.m. of the same day and would be booked at a hotel located at Brgy. 1 San Francisco in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte.

At noon, operatives of PNP San Nicolas, together with the husband of the female suspect, proceeded to the hotel and coordinated with the management of the hotel concerning the report of the victim.

At about 12:58 p.m., the suspects arrived at the place of the incident boarded a Nissan Urvan, and checked in on the hotel.

At 2:28 p.m., San Nicolas cops together with the victim and personnel of the hotel proceeded to the room of the suspects where they were billeted, and upon reaching the room, the suspects were caught in the act without any clothes and the victim positively identified his wife prompted the responding PNP personnel to arrest the suspect and her paramour.

The suspect will be charged with violation of Article 333 of the Revised Penal Code, or adultery.
