ISABELA CITY — At least 140 new Citizens Armed Forces Geographical Unit-Active Auxiliary recruits graduated from the Basic Military Training and will be incorporated as additional security forces in the province.

The training, dubbed as CAA-I BMT Class 09, 10, and 11-2023, with the class name 'TAMARAW' or "Tunay, Aktibo at Makabagong Angkan ng mga Responsible At Matatapang Walang Kinatatakutan," was conducted by the 4th Special Forces Battalion in Barangay Cabunbata.

The TAMARAW class is composed of 131 males and nine females who underwent the 45-day rigorous military training, which prepared them to be ready for deployment both in combat and non-combat operations.

4th SF Battalion executive officer Lt. Col. Adolf Ian Garceron said that he takes pride in the discipline and commitment that the new CAA graduates have shown during their training and ensures the public of the military's unrelenting effort in sustaining the peace and order.

Garceron also graced the ceremony as the keynote speaker and delivered an inspiring speech encouraging the CAA graduates to serve their communities with honor, integrity and dedication.

He highlighted the importance of their role in safeguarding and supporting the community, emphasizing the need for continuous training and improvement to carry out their duties effectively.

"With their newfound skills and knowledge, CAA graduates are now equipped to face the challenges of maintaining peace and order in their respective communities," Garceron said.

"Their graduation marks the culmination of their rigorous training, and they are now ready to serve as valuable government agents in maintaining security and peace in their communities," he added.
