Condo features that make sense

Practicality and functionality are prerequisites for those seeking to live in a condominium.
Frances Cabatuando, founder of the 3.2 million-strong Facebook group Home Buddies, lists a work-from-home corner as one factor that makes sense in a condominium.
Next would be innovative smart home features.
In RLC Residences' Woodsville Crest, a nature-inspired development in Parañaque City, smart home deliverables include smart lights that can be controlled from a smart panel or smartphone, and a smart lock and an audio-video intercom that allows guests and delivery screening while inside the unit.

Another feature that Cabatuando pointed out is clotheslines. Olive Building units with balconies have retractable clotheslines, while units without balconies have pull-out clotheslines at their toilet and bath.
This functional feature lets residents dry their laundry within the comforts of their unit.
The last space-saving condo feature is the wardrobe and mirror combo. Cabatuando highlights Woodsville Crest's wardrobe, which includes a full-body mirror with a sliding door that serves as a multi-functional item of the unit.
Woodsville Crest unveiled its second phase, the Olive Building, on 15 September.
