Robert Lao, president and chief executive officer of ALLHC, expressed his gratitude to the IBA for acknowledging the organization's dedication to excellence.

Lao emphasized that the award reflects the company's forward-thinking growth strategies within its diversified industrial real estate portfolio. He also shares the recognition with those who align with their mission of propelling industrial communities toward a sustainable future.

The judges lauded ALLHC for their outstanding business performance and accomplishments in 2021 and 2022, praising their skillful balancing of commercial success and social responsibility.
