SM Foundation's medical missions continue to provide free and accessible healthcare services to underserved communities. With its commitment to healthcare, it recently held medical and dental missions in Davao and Butuan, providing preventive medical care to over 1,000 beneficiaries.
In SM City Davao, over 700 medical services were provided in partnership with Watsons Philippines, including X-rays, ECGs, glucose tests, cholesterol tests, uric acid tests, and hemoglobin tests. Meanwhile, over 800 medical services were provided in SM City Butuan.
Also joining SM Foundation in this social good initiative are its partners from DMIRIE Foundation (MX3), Butuan City LGU, Butuan City Health Office, and Philippine Red Cross-Agusan del Norte – Butuan City Chapter.
