After their family recently created a buzz due to unfollowing each other on Instagram, Sharon Cuneta's post aiming to promote daughter KC Concepcion's first Hollywood movie became the new talk of the town.

The Megastar shared the movie poster of "Asian Persuasion" and encouraged all Filipinos abroad to support Concepcion and go see the film.

She reposted Concepcion's Instagram caption as she also wrote, "America! My first-born is starring in her first Hollywood movie and I hope you can watch it! 🙏🏻💖 @kristinaconcepcion God be with you anak. Please take care of yourself."

The Mega daughter did not disappoint and penned a heartwarming response to her mother in the comment section.

"Like I always tell you mama, tho I'm not perfect, everything I do is for you", she said.

Concepcion is Cuneta's first born with actor Gabby Concepcion.

Their mother-daughter relationship has been an open book to the public.

They have been transparent about having their own share of ups and downs involving conflicts and reconciliations.

During Concepcion's previous interviews, she became honest in sharing that belonging to a blended family comes with complications and imperfections but at the end of the day, it is still best to choose having peace of mind.

She also said, "I unfollowed but I will never unlove. Family is family."
