In a podcast, actress Gwyneth Paltrow compared her past boyfriends Ben Affleck and Brad Pitt. When asked who was better in bed, she chose a safe answer: "(It was) really hard."

Appearing as a guest on the "Call Her Daddy'' podcast where she played the game of "Brad or Ben," Paltrow said Pitt, 59, was her "love of your life, kind of," while Affleck, 50, "technically excellent."

"Brad was like the sort of major chemistry, love of your life, kind of, at the time and then Ben was, like, technically excellent," she said.

The 50-year-old "Shakespeare In Love" star then added: "I can't believe my daughter is listening to this!"

Paltrow had an on-and-off relationship with Affleck from 1997 to 2000, while she dated  Pitt from 1994 to 1997.

All three of them are Academy Award winners.

Between the two men, Paltrow said Pitt was more romantic, but Affleck made her laugh. Both are "good kissers," too, according to her.
