Tuesday’s fire put out Thursday
An initial estimate put the cost of property damages at P45 million

A rubber factory in Valenzuela City that caught fire last Tuesday was only fully extinguished Thursday night, according to the Valenzuela Central Fire Station yesterday.
Another fire hit a residential area in the city on Thursday, but it was quickly put out.
The rubber fire blaze was declared under control at 5:45 a.m. last Thursday and was declared fire out by nightfall.
An initial estimate put the cost of property damages at P45 million.
The residential fire broke out around 8 p.m. along Jacinto Street in Barangay Marulas, and was declared fire out by 9:53 p.m.
No casualties were reported in the two fire incidents, both of which are under investigation.
