Among the popular stores at this year's Tindahan ni Tarsee Bazaar by Daily Tribune at the Ayala Malls Manila Bay on 25 to 27 November, Ginnto Arts and Crafts Trading puts a refreshing, modern spin on the classic holiday decors we've all come to love.

According to owner Ginno Desiacamento, Ginnto Arts and Crafts Trading only started a month ago and Tindahan ni Tarsee proved to be a welcome venue to showcase his handicrafts and Christmas decors products.

Here, Desiacamento talks about the beginnings Ginnto Arts and Crafts Trading how it is faring so far.

Daily Tribune (dt): What is the story about your products?
Ginno Desiacamento (GD): Actually, I'm an exporter. It just so happened that the export industry weakened during the pandemic. So, I thought, why not try the local market for now? So, that's what I did.

DT: Wjere do you source your materials?
GD: All of our products are made locally.

DT: What about the raw materials?
GD: All are locally sourced from Philippines.

DT: Who makes your products?
GD: I do it personally.

DT: You do it yourself?
GD: Yes, all handmade.

DT: Where is your physical store located, if there is any?
GD: For now, we do not have a physical store but I have a showroom in Marikina Heights

DT: What do you have for Tindahan ni Tarsee?
GD: We have holiday decorations. Christmas trees, garlands, Christmas balls, angels and Christmas branches.

DT: What do you usually use as material for your decors?
GD: For now, we are using abaca, water lilies, and other local fibers

DT: When did you start your business?
GD: A month ago. Ginnto Arts and Crafts is just a month ago. My export business is WCL Export.

DT: Aside from Christmas products, do you have any designs or housewares? What else is in store here?
GD: We also have bouquets, table toppers, corner pieces like what we have here. We're developing another collection. It's still in the product development stage but mostly are home decors and housewares. We also have kitchen tray, vases and other containers.
