Industry leader joins real estate library in PH

Eton Properties, together with the Urban Land Institute (ULI) officers and other industry players, opened the Philippines and the Asian region's first real estate library and center, as ULI celebrated its 10th Anniversary in Taguig City, recently.

Eton Properties is among the founding members of the ULI that brought the franchise in the Philippines in 2012 by way of donation. Together with the ULI, it supports the mission of shaping the future of the built environment for transformative impact in communities worldwide.

"I would like to congratulate the Urban Land Institute for its 10th Anniversary in the Philippines and for the launch of the ULI Real Estate Library and Center.
