The Philippine drag community and its fans set up a fundraising drive called "Drag Raise PH," a play on Drag Race referring to RuPaul's Drag Race, and the English translation of "angat," referring to Angat Buhay Foundation, to help those affected by recent strong typhoons — "Karding"(Noru) and "Paeng" (Nalgae). From 3 to 13 November, people were encouraged to donate through the virtual marketplace Ticket2Me (ticket2me.net/e/35951) by purchasing donation tickets under their chosen drag queens — Drag Race Philippines contestants Precious Paula Nicole. Marina Summers, Eva Le Queen, Brigiding, Vinas Deluxe, Prince, Turing, Corazon and Lady Morgana and Maxie.
The top five "Drag Raise PH" fan donors of each queen will win personalized video greetings and fan badges. Donations will be turned over to Angat Buhay, the non-governmental organization founded by former Vice President Leni Robredo to respond to poverty, calamities, and other social concerns.
Precious and Eva have previously made efforts in asking donations for typhoon victims.
