President Bongbong Marcos signed a proclamation declaring 31 October, a Monday, as a special non-working holiday, Press Secretary OIC Usec Cheloy Garafil said in a Palace press briefing.

Which means there will be a long, five-day weekend, since 1 and 2 November are All Saints' Day and All Souls' Day, respectively, both traditional non-working holidays, too, in the Philippines.
