Sen. Bong Go's team mounted yet another series of relief operations in Cagayan province from 3 to 4 October, to provide assistance to struggling residents in the towns of Rizal, Amulung and Claveria.
The team held the distribution activities at the respective municipal halls where they handed out masks and snacks to a total of 85 indigent residents and provided select individuals shoes, cellular phones, and balls for basketball and volleyball.
To further help the residents whose livelihoods were adversely affected by the global health crisis, the Department of Social Welfare and Development extended livelihood assistance grants to help them start anew.
Go in his video message.
From September 19 to 22, Go's team also provided assistance to disadvantaged residents from the towns of Baggao, Alcala, Sanchez-Mira, Camalaniugan, Santa Teresita, Lal-lo, Gonzaga, Gattaran, Sta. Ana, Iguig, Piat, Tuao and Sto. Niño.
