Fall might not come around in a tropical country such as the Philippines but that doesn't stop fashion enthusiasts from donning their best outfits as if temperatures will drop to low levels and leaves will be falling off from trees — "tiis ganda" as they say.
Uniqlo introduces its Fall/Winter 2022 collection, which consists of classic silhouettes following its LifeWear mantra.
The Japanese brand's FW22 boasts of water-repellent coats and knitwear that have undergone the WHOLEGARMENT technology, highlighting its sustainable production where making denims used less water and jackets and fleeces are made from recycled plastic bottles.
Apart from FW22, Uniqlo also released special collections and collaborations that also meet the principles of LifeWear. These include Uniqlo U, Hana Tajima, Ines de la Fressange, JW Anderson, and UT Archive.
Meanwhile, H&M tells the story of its Autumn/Winter 2022 collection through film.
Set in Brasserie Hennes, a fictional fashion destination in Paris, France, its protagonists, including supermodel Naomi Campbell, stride along the cobbled streets of Paris in the AW22 pieces — miniskirts, overcoats, boots in warm orange, red, and burgundy.
H&M Philippines brought Brasserie Hennes locally by dressing up a portion of Wildflour Restaurant at Greenbelt 3. Patrons may experience the Parisian vibe H&M AW22 offers until 25 September.
Monki heeds the call for cozy fits for the upcoming chilly season through its Fall 2022 collection.
The collection consists of coats and jackets incorporated with flower prints pile, puffers, and teddies, with a color palette of orange and cobalt blue to make its wearer stand out.
The Swedish fashion brand continues to adhere to its drive for purposeful, sustainable fashion through production and beyond.
