CSC lauds DSWD for highest resolution rate

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) lauded the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) for having the highest resolution rate of referred complaints from January to June 2022 through the Contact Center ng Bayan (CCB).
According to the CCB report, the DSWD achieved 93.33% resolution rate given the 15 complaints referred by the CSC to the Department for the first semester of the year through CCB.
The CCB is responsible for ensuring that the different government agencies are compliant to RA 11032 or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018 in responding to public concerns.
The CCB, under the CSC, monitors the status of resolutions done by agencies.
The DSWD on the other hand, expressed its gratitude to the CSC and said that the recognition will boost the department's efforts to provide the public appropriate responses to their complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
