Roads along the Parañaque–EDSA boundary in Baclaran are now easily passable following two days of clearing operations by the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) and the Parañaque City local government, with vendors removed and roads cleaned ahead of the ASEAN Summit, on November 4.
