Real estate developer HAUS has unveiled HAUS Da Lat, a five-hectare luxury residential and hospitality development in Vietnam that integrates sustainable architecture, wellness facilities and cultural attractions.

Located in Da Lat, Lam Dong Province, the project features 68 Sky Villas and Sky Mansions, a commercial center and a five-star resort.

The development is backed by international investors BTS Bernina Private Equity Fund and Terne Holdings Singapore.

Designed by Japanese architect Kengo Kuma, the residences draw inspiration from Da Lat’s pine forests, incorporating natural materials and architectural features intended to complement the surrounding landscape.

The company said the project follows environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles, incorporating energy-efficient materials, waste-to-energy systems and closed-loop waste management.

According to HAUS, these measures are designed to reduce environmental impact and carbon emissions by approximately 50 to 70 percent.

The development also includes a 6,800-square-meter wellness center developed with Chiva-Som, offering 200 treatment programs.

Other planned attractions include an open-air museum, retail facilities, cultural spaces and a pine forest preservation initiative.

HAUS Da Lat recently secured four national awards at the International Property Awards 2026, including recognition for landscape architecture, interior design, residential development and living spaces.

Michael Sheren, HAUS chairman and former senior adviser at the Bank of England, said the project aims to combine luxury living with environmental responsibility.

“The recognition is a testament to the power of visionary collaboration and shared values,” Sheren said.

“Together, we set out to create more than a destination. At HAUS Da Lat, we sought to create a place where heritage, nature, wellbeing and community are not treated as separate ideas but woven together into one living experience that can endure across generations.”
