Brig. Gen. Adolfo B. Espuelas Jr., commander of the Headquarters and Headquarters Support Group, commended the new graduates in his keynote address for enduring the rigorous course.
Espuelas said the training was designed to test the soldiers’ limits, teach them to endure discomfort, overcome challenges, work together and remain focused under difficult circumstances.
He urged the graduates to wear the uniform with pride and a strong commitment to service, stressing that the military uniform represents the confidence of their fellow soldiers and the trust of the nation.
He also called on the privates to embody the Army’s core values as they fulfill their oath to serve the public and secure the country, noting that the Filipino people remain the primary reason behind their mission and sacrifices.
The Philippine Army stated that the graduation reflects its ongoing effort to strengthen organizational development by recruiting capable personnel and providing quality instruction.
