A total of 12,010 examinees took the final day of the 2026 Bar Examinations on Sunday, representing a 99.9 percent retention rate from the second day, according to figures released by the Supreme Court (SC).

The SC highlighted the turnout in its "2026 Bar Examinations in Numbers" update, noting that 12,010 of the 12,017 candidates who took the second day returned for the conclusion of the test.

Day 2 turnout of 12,017 had similarly represented 99.9 percent of the 12,029 examinees who completed the opening day on 6 September.

Administered across 15 local testing centers nationwide in Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao, the three-day examinations were held on 6, 9 and 13 September.

San Beda College Alabang served as the national headquarters and one of the regional testing sites. Supreme Court Associate Justice Samuel H. Gaerlan chaired this year's examinations.

The final day covered Criminal Law during the morning session, followed by Remedial Law, Legal and Judicial Ethics, and Practical Exercises in the afternoon. Together, the afternoon subjects account for 35 percent of the total examination score.
