1. Come for the yakitori
The skewers are at the heart of the Nanbantei experience. Keep things simple with pork yakiniku at P170, ebi kushi yaki at P140 or tsukune at P140. For something more substantial, order the beef garlic yaki at P280.
These small plates are made for sharing, particularly when everyone at the table wants to sample a little of everything.
2. Stay for the grilled specialties
Nanbantei’s revamped menu also brings more substantial plates to the table.
Hamachi Yaki at P990 features grilled yellowtail, while Ribeye Yaki at P1,250 suits a more indulgent dinner. Lighter choices include Maguro Yaki at P550 and Ika Yaki at P250.
Salmon lovers can opt for Shake Yaki at P450 or Shake Kabuto Yaki, priced from P260 to P480, for something richer and more savory.
