The SM Mall of Asia Arena turned into a sea of voices and emotions as Irish rock band Kodaline bid farewell to Filipino fans during the Manila stop of its Farewell Tour on 10 August.
After more than a decade together, the band is preparing to close its journey following the announcement of its farewell in October 2025. The group is also set to release a fifth and final album before officially calling it a career, making the Manila concert one of its last performances with fans.
For many concertgoers, the evening became a celebration of the music that had accompanied milestones, heartbreaks and cherished memories over the years. Fans packed the arena, singing every lyric while capturing one final night with the band.
Despite hosting some of the world’s biggest productions, the MOA Arena took on a surprisingly intimate atmosphere as thousands of voices echoed through the venue. The emotional peak of the night came during fan favorites “All I Want,” “High Hopes,” “Brother” and “The One,” with the crowd singing nearly every word back to the band.
