AHOF sparks fan frenzy in Manila concert

Thousands of Filipino fans flocked AHOF's two-night The First Spark concert in Manila on 25 to 26 July, turning the K-pop group's stop into a celebration that extended well beyond performances.
From fan-organized activities around the SM Mall of Asia complex to anniversary projects inside the venue, the event became a gathering that highlighted the close bond between AHOF and its Filipino supporters.
Ahead of the shows, the SM Mall of Asia complex buzzed with fan activities, including interactive message walls, fan-organized booths at MOA Sky and AHOF-themed lamppost banners spread throughout the grounds. The activities gave FOHAs a chance to celebrate the group's first anniversary together before heading to the concert.
The anniversary celebration continued inside the venue, where fans unveiled banners, wore coordinated outfits and waved lightsticks in support of the K-pop act, which debuted just a year ago.
One of the night's biggest highlights came from Filipino member JL Gaspar, who won over the crowd by speaking in Filipino. His heartfelt interactions resonated with fans, strengthening the bond between the group and its local supporters while highlighting the growing presence of Filipino talent in the global K-pop industry.
The two-night The First Spark stop showcased how fan culture continues to shape live entertainment, transforming a concert into a shared celebration of music, community and the influence of K-pop in the Philippines.
