  • Digital lending platform JuanHand has introduced a Top-Up Loan feature that allows eligible users to borrow additional funds even with an existing loan.

Qualified borrowers may take out an additional loan as long as the amount remains within their available credit limit and they meet the platform’s eligibility requirements.

JuanHand said the feature is designed to give borrowers greater flexibility as more Filipinos turn to digital platforms for financial services.

Eligible users can apply for loans of up to P50,000, with daily interest rates starting at 0.025 percent, subject to credit evaluation and applicable terms and conditions.

Applicants only need a registered mobile number and one valid identification card to begin the process.

JuanHand said its proprietary artificial intelligence technology, developed by WeFund, can assess applications and provide approval in as fast as five minutes.

The Top-Up Loan feature allows qualified borrowers to access additional funds without having to complete their existing loan first, provided they remain within their approved credit capacity.

JuanHand said the offering reflects the changing needs of Filipino consumers as digital financial services become increasingly integrated into everyday transactions.

The company said it remains focused on serving underserved but creditworthy Filipinos through technology, customer support and responsible lending practices.
