Bea Alonzo is learning to prioritize long-term wellness as she enters a new chapter in her life, sharing that her approach to health and self-care has become more intentional over the years. The actress recently opened up about navigating a busy schedule, embracing changes that come with age, and making choices that support her future goals.
“Although it’s overwhelming, I wake up every day so so grateful,” Alonzo-Co shared in a recent brand launch.
The actress said her priorities have shifted from quick solutions and temporary trends to habits that can help her maintain her energy and well-being for the years ahead.
“I have become more intentional and more conscious about longevity,” she said.
She explained that building a family in the future with husband Vincent Co has also influenced the way she looks at taking care of herself today. She hopes to remain active and present for the important moments ahead.
“Of course, we’re going to have to try to have kids and build a family. When they come, I love to be able to have the energy to run around with my kids, you know, and to play with them and not have to watch from the sidelines,” she shared.
Alonzo-Co admitted that she used to rely on quick fixes and changing beauty or fitness trends, but she now chooses to invest in habits that benefit her long-term health.
“Before, I would resort to quick fixes or the latest beauty trend or fitness trend. Right now, I invest more in my future self,” she said.
While she still values looking and feeling good, she emphasized that her main goal is to have the strength and energy to fully experience every season of her life.
“That’s not to say I don’t want to look good and that I don’t care about looking good, of course, I still want to look good. Ultimately, my priority now is to have the energy to enjoy every chapter in my life,” she added.
