  • Eleven public elementary schools in the city of Manila are expected to deliver faster, more efficient and well-organized lessons to students through 308 55-inch smart televisions donated by ICTSI Foundation (IF).

    IF executive director Filipina Laurena turned over the learning equipment, including brackets, to Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso at the Joaquin Domagoso gym of Rosauro Almario Elementary School in Tondo, Manila on 14 August 2026.

    Laurena asked users of the donation to take good care of the TV which will allows educators to integrate interactive multimedia content easily as well as create more engaging and modern lessons to learners.

    Meanwhile, the mayor and school officials thanked the corporate social responsibility arm of the International Container Terminal Services Inc., operator of the Manila International Container Terminal, for its continuing generosity and commitment in uplifting the quality of education in the country.
