The Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) recognized individuals and groups for their contributions to the scouting movement in Central Luzon during the 4th Regional Scout Committee (RESCOM) Meeting held at Clark Freeport on 13 August 2026.

Led by BSP-Central Luzon Regional chairman and Zambales Gov. Hermogenes E. Ebdane Jr., the 4th RESCOM recognized Zambaleño Dr. Romeo M. Alip for his contributions as Council Scout Commissioner for Bulacan, Bataan and Zambales. Alip helped plan and implement various scouting programs and activities in the three provinces.

Ebdane also recognized 2024 Regional Council chairperson Dr. Emmanuel Antonio M. Umali for his invaluable guidance and support in the development of scouting in Central Luzon, as well as for the lessons he imparted to scouts in the region.

The chairman also awarded the Medalya ng Makataong Pagkilos to Rover Scout Rojake P. Atale of the Bataan Council for his selfless assistance to victims of a vehicular accident.

Another scout recognized was Carl Gabriel G. Leaño of the Tarlac Council, a former Central Luzon Regional Scout Representative for 2025–2026. Leaño represented the Central Luzon Council at the International Scout Youth Forum 2026 in Hong Kong from 25 to 29 June, where he showcased his skills and scouting spirit on the international stage.
