Operatives conducted the crackdown from 30 to 31 July across Nueva Ecija, Bulacan, Zambales and Pampanga.
In Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, immigration agents arrested 23-year-old Indian national Sahil Kumar after confirming he was overstaying and unable to present valid travel documents.
Local residents also reported that Kumar was operating an illegal money-lending scheme.
In Balagtas, Bulacan, agents took 29-year-old Indian national Sharendran Doss Devadoss into custody for lacking immigration documents and overstaying his authorized stay.
A third overstaying operation in Subic, Zambales, resulted in the arrest of 39-year-old Chinese national Huang Pengpeng.
In Angeles City, Pampanga, BI officers arrested two South Korean nationals, Jin Su Deok, 51, and Oh Eiseok, 49, after catching them managing a restaurant without required work visas or valid immigration papers.
All five individuals were transferred to the bureau’s headquarters in Manila for booking and the initiation of deportation proceedings.
