Indonesian interior and furnishing solutions provider VIVERE Group has selected Rimini Street to provide third-party support for its SAP environment, allowing the company to reduce IT costs and focus on digital transformation instead of an immediate migration to SAP S/4HANA.

VIVERE, which operates SAP ECC 6 on IBM Db2, said it sought alternatives after SAP announced the end of support for its legacy system. Following consultations with Gartner and industry peers, the company opted to invest in innovation rather than pursue a costly and time-consuming system upgrade.

“Our core philosophy is to keep people, quality and business continuity at the center of our technology decisions,” said Sutrisno Yao, head of IT at VIVERE Group.

The partnership gives VIVERE access to Rimini Street’s SAP support while allowing its in-house IT team to focus on improving business processes and broader digital transformation initiatives.

“Our initial goal was clear: protect business continuity, strengthen SAP support and free up our internal team to focus on higher-value priorities,” Yao said.
