Wellness technology company Therabody has adopted Oracle NetSuite’s AI-powered cloud ERP platform to streamline global operations, automate workflows, and cut technology costs by 45 percent.
Founded in 2016, Therabody has grown from the success of its Theragun massage device into a global wellness brand with products sold in more than 60 countries across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
As the business expanded, its legacy systems and manual processes struggled to keep pace with growing demand, prompting the company to implement NetSuite.
“NetSuite has helped us bring our operations together with AI capabilities that simplify and accelerate workflows,” said Yash Murali, Therabody’s chief technology officer.
Using NetSuite OneWorld, the company has improved visibility across global operations, simplified financial management, and streamlined compliance for its international subsidiaries.
Therabody also uses NetSuite Advanced Order Management to automate fulfillment and process thousands of customer orders during peak periods.
To further improve efficiency, the company adopted NetSuite AI Connector Service, enabling employees to query operational data using natural language, automate inventory and order workflows, and speed up financial reconciliation and reporting while maintaining data governance and security.
