Class suspensions are placed in some areas of the country on 13 July 2026 due to flooding in connection to the persistent rains over the weekends and intensified Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).

Bataan Province - no classes, all levels, public and private

Pangasinan

Aguilar - preschool to senior high school, public and private, shift to alternative learning modalities

Basista - all levels, public and private, shift to alternative learning modalities

Calasiao - no classes, daycare to senior high school

Dagupan City - all levels, public and private, shift to alternative learning modalities
