Grupo Agatep executives assume leadership roles in PR organizations — Stepping into roles that uphold both leadership and legacy, Norman Agatep continues to strengthen the public relations profession in the Philippines by supporting PRSP’s internal systems while safeguarding the integrity of the Anvil Awards, the country’s gold standard for excellence in communication. As Treasurer of IABC Philippines, Michelle Bayhon brings disciplined stewardship and long-term vision to the business communication community, helping sustain programs that empower professionals to navigate complex business and organizational landscapes.

Grupo Agatep said its senior executives continue to contribute to the communications industry through leadership positions in professional organizations in the Philippines and abroad.

Grupo Agatep President and CEO Norman Agatep serves as vice president for internal affairs of the Public Relations Society of the Philippines (PRSP), where he helps strengthen the organization's internal systems and supports its leadership initiatives.

He also chairs the 62nd Anvil Awards, the PRSP's annual awards program that recognizes excellence in Philippine public relations.

At the international level, Agatep serves as treasurer of the Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communication Management, where he helps oversee the organization's financial sustainability while supporting collaboration among communication professionals worldwide.

Meanwhile, Grupo Agatep Managing Director Michelle Isabel Bayhon serves as treasurer of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Philippines.

The firm said Bayhon helps sustain programs that support business communication professionals through financial stewardship and organizational planning.
