Rumors that Kim Chiu has been suspended from "It's Showtime" are false, according to an ABS-CBN executive who denied social media reports circulating online.

Several YouTube reels claimed that Chiu had been suspended by ABS-CBN executive Cory Vidanes following her controversial joke involving "Eat Bulaga!" host Ryzza Mae Dizon.

The issue stemmed from a comedy skit in which Chiu shouted Dizon's name after seeing co-host Jugs Jugueta dressed as the Feng Shui character Lotus Feet.

"Hindi totoo," a network executive told a tabloid writer when asked about the alleged suspension.

The executive's statement directly refuted the online claims that Chiu had been suspended from the noontime program.
