Kaia Homes is eyeing to provide around 7,000 Tarlaqueños with affordable housing in Tarlac City with the grand launching and house blessing of Kaia Homes Tarlac on 4 July 2026.

The said housing is part of the Expanded Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program by President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. under the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD).

According to Kaia Homes, Kaia Homes Tarlac is set to provide Filipino families with quality homes and thoughtfully planned communities that go beyond the standards of socialized housing-offering dignity, security, and a better future for hard working Filipinos.

Kaia Homes Tarlac is a 48 hectare mass-housing community in Brgy. Armenia, Tarlac City. It is developed by CBDI (Kaia Homes, Inc.) under the government's 4PH Expanded Program to provide quality, low-cost socialized housing for minimum wage earners and first-time buyers.

The community features the Naya Townhouse model, a two-storey basic structure optimized for space efficiency with a floor area of 32 square meters and a lot area of 30 sqm (Inner units) up to 41 sqm (End units).

The house includes provisions for two bedrooms, a toilet and bath, and provision for motorcycle/e-bike parking.

The development leverages subsidized 4PH program interest rates (around 3%) to keep financing highly affordable.

The subdivision spans 4 development phases planned to hold around 7,066 units. It includes managed road networks, community facilities, parks, and playgrounds.
