Operatives of the Parañaque City Police Station’s Tambo Sub-station apprehended a 43-year-old marketing professional listed as one of the city's most wanted individuals during a targeted warrant operation on Sunday evening inside a premier resort-casino complex along New Seaside Drive.

The arrested individual—identified only by the alias Melecio, a loan marketing professional residing in Novaliches, Quezon City—was taken into custody by virtue of an active judicial warrant for the crime of estafa.

The arrest transpired around 9 p.m. Sunday, 28 June, inside the premises of Okada Manila, located within the Entertainment City complex in Barangay Tambo, Parañaque City.

Acting on verified intelligence regarding the location of the fugitive, tactical elements deployed to the establishment to execute the court order.

The law enforcement operation was launched on the strength of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Divina Gracia Lopez Peliño of Pasay City Regional Trial Court Branch 231, with no bail recommended.

The accused is officially documented on the law enforcement roster as the top seven station-level most wanted person. He was safely escorted to the custodial facility, where he remains detained pending the official return of the warrant to the court of origin for proper legal disposition. NEIL ALCOBER
