After more than a decade together, Song Hye Kyo is turning a new page on a another chapter in her career.

The award-winning South Korean actress has officially parted ways with United Artists Agency (UAA) after 14 years. On 26 June, the agency confirmed that its exclusive contract with Song Hye Kyo had recently come to an end, adding that the decision was made mutually after years of trust and collaboration.

“Our exclusive contract with Song Hye Kyo recently expired. After trusting one another and working together for a long time, UAA and Song Hye Kyo decided to end our journey here and root for one another’s futures,” the agency said in a statement.

UAA also reflected on the actress’ remarkable journey under its management, noting that Song Hye Kyo earned immense love not only in South Korea but across Asia and around the world during their long partnership.

“The time we spent together with her will remain as a happy and joyful memory,” the agency shared.

As Song Hye Kyo begins a new phase in her career, UAA thanked fans for their unwavering support and asked them to continue cheering on the actress as she embarks on her next journey.     PJ Pascual
