San Grahams, the company continues the tradition of creating delectable and high-quality biscuits, which are known and loved by Filipinos across generations.The Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) has recently welcomed cracker industry giant, Monde M.Y. San Corporation, as its newest locator following a registration agreement signing last Tuesday.
PEZA director general Tereso Panga and Monde M.Y. San general manager Keng Sun Mar signed the Registration Agreement, with PEZA deputy director general for operations Vivian Santos and Monde M.Y. San Procurement Manager Shirly Cabrera serving as witnesses on 23 June at TECO Industrial Park–Special Economic Zone (TIP-SEZ) in Mabalacat, Pampanga.

The project covers the manufacturing of the company’s flagship SkyFlakes crackers and sandwich products, a long-standing household staple among Filipino consumers.
With a project investment of over P5 billion, the facility is scheduled to commence commercial operations in 2027.
The project is expected to generate direct jobs, contribute to domestic manufacturing output, and further strengthen the food manufacturing value chain in Central Luzon.
Growing appeal of PEZA for investors
The registration also underscores the growing appeal of PEZA economic zones as strategic locations for both local and foreign investors seeking to expand their operations.
Monde M.Y. San’s decision to locate its new manufacturing facility within the TECO Industrial Park highlights the competitiveness of Philippine ecozones in supporting large-scale, high-value manufacturing investments.
