Pormal nang nilagdaan ng Department of Justice (DOJ) ang Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order (ILBO) laban kina Tab Baldwin, team manager Christopher Quimpo, at iba pang sangkot kaugnay ng nagpapatuloy na imbestigasyon sa pagkamatay ng dalawang manlalaro ng Ateneo basketball team.

Nilinaw ng kalihim na bagama’t hindi katumbas ng isang Hold Departure Order (HDO) ang ILBO, obligado pa rin ang Bureau of Immigration na agad na ipagbigay-alam sa DOJ sakaling may magtangkang bumiyahe palabas ng bansa ang alinman sa mga taong nasa ilalim ng lookout bulletin.
