A 38-year-old call center agent was apprehended by police authorities over an alleged acts of lasciviousness incident.
The suspect, identified only by the alias Karl, currently listed as the top 3 most wanted person at the station level for April 2026, was arrested by personnel of the Pasay City Police Station in Barangay Pio Del Pilar, Makati City on Friday morning, April.
The arrest involves three charges of lasciviousness under Article 336 of the Revised Penal Code in relation to Section 5 (a) of Republic Act 7610.
The suspect, a resident of Barangay 185 in Pasay City, was arrested following a manhunt operation conducted by personnel of the Pasay City Police Station under the Philippine National Police's Oplan Galugad.
The arrest stemmed from valid warrants of arrest issued by Judge Jehan Batua Sampa-Hassiman of Pasay City Family Court Branch 11 for one count with P200,000 bail recommended, and by Judge Christian Pascual Castaneda of Pasay City Regional Trial Court Branch 109 two counts, with P200,000 bail recommended for each count.
The accused was brought to the warrant and service section of Pasay City Police Station for proper disposition and return of the warrants to the respective courts.
