Davao City - Former President and City Mayor of Davao Rodrigo Duterte’s lighted picture was displayed at the City Hall’s neoclassical facade during the opening ceremonies of the 89th Araw ng Dabaw on Sunday1 at the Rizal Park grounds.
People clapped upon seeing the former President's lighted face and uttered his famous line “Akoy Magpablin na Inyong Soluguonon,” (I will always be at your service) in which people chanted “Duterte, Duterte, Duterte” while others yelled “bring him home.”
