ACMobility has started the year with two recognitions tied to its workplace culture, picking up certifications from the Top Employers Institute and Great Place to Work Philippines.

The company said the awards show its focus on building a people-first organization as it expands its role in the local mobility sector.

In January, ACMobility received the Top Employer 2026 Certification in Singapore. It is the second straight year that the company has secured the recognition.

Last year, it became the first automotive firm in the Philippines to qualify for and receive the certification, according to the company.

The Top Employer certification evaluates organizations based on their human resources strategies, employee development programs, and overall workplace practices.

ACMobility said the repeat recognition shows continued work on strengthening internal systems and employee support as its operations grow.

Alongside this, the company was also certified by Great Place to Work Philippines. The recognition is based on direct employee feedback covering trust, respect, fairness, pride, and teamwork inside the organization.

In the survey conducted for the certification, 87 percent of employees said they feel confident working at ACMobility. The company said the results point to a culture of trust and malasakit across its offices, dealerships, and mobility-related businesses nationwide.

Ariane Nava, Chief People Officer of ACMobility, said the recognitions show that company policies and culture efforts are felt by employees on the ground.

She said the group intends to continue creating a work environment where employees feel supported and take pride in their roles as the company grows in the Philippine mobility space

ACMobility is part of the Ayala Group and operates a wide automotive network. It handles the largest Isuzu dealer network in the country and serves as the official distributor of Kia and BYD passenger vehicles in the Philippines. It is also the master franchisor of Bosch Car Service workshops nationwide

With the two certifications in hand, the company enters 2026 showing its workplace track record alongside its business expansion plans.
