School children learn fire safety

School children from the Manila Child Development Center of Barangay 826 learn basic fire safety from Paco Bureau of Fire Protection personnel at the Plaza Dela Virgen Community Center on Saturday, 28 February 2026 ahead of Fire Prevention Month.
