Century Properties Group’s first-home brand PHirst is investing P3 billion to develop a P5.3-billion residential project in General Santos City, targeting sales of more than 2,400 homes as it expands into Mindanao for the first time.

The company informed the stock exchange on Monday that the project, formally launched in the market last Friday, is a 23.7-hectare development in Baluan, General Santos City that can offer over 2,400 housing units designed for various lifestyle segments.

“We are proud to reinforce the champ life in General Santos City through PHirst Park Homes Gen San. This development is a testament to our commitment to enriching the lives of more Filipinos with quality homes and community,” PPHI President Ricky M. Celis said.

“Our vision extends beyond homeownership; it is about fostering a sustainable, thriving community where every family can prosper and contribute to a champion-driven community.”

The project will initially feature two house models. The Amani townhouse has a 36-square-meter floor area on lots ranging from 44 to 60 square meters, aimed at individuals, young couples, and starter families.

The larger Dua model offers 48 square meters of floor space on a typical 77-square-meter lot, suited for growing families requiring more sleeping areas, storage, and privacy.

All units will be delivered fully finished and move-in ready, with fitted kitchen cabinetry, tiled floors, pre-installed plumbing and electrical systems, and a perimeter fence.

Amenities include a clubhouse, basketball court and swimming pool, as well as a Paw Park, Linear Park, Outdoor Cinema, and WiFi Node.

PHirst currently has 32 active projects nationwide, with developments in Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Quezon Province, Bulacan, Pampanga, Bataan, Nueva Ecija, Bacolod City, and South Cotabato.
