Life Project for Youth (LP4Y) is among the four winners of the second edition of Le Prix DE&I 2026, CCI France Philippines’ initiative recognizing exemplary leadership and transformative efforts in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion across the Philippine business and community landscape.
LP4Y was given the Community Impact (NGO) Award on 28 January 2026 for supporting the social and professional inclusion of young adults, particularly women, facing exclusion and poverty. Technical skills, leadership and real-world experience are taught over six months at LP4Y’s training and development centers in Metro Manila, Laguna, Cebu and city jails.
Since 2009, over 3,400 youth have benefited, with 76 percent of 2025 participants successfully entering professional roles. LP4Y’s initiatives have positively impacted more than 44,000 community members, including young mothers supported through nurseries such as Little Angels Academy in Tondo. Looking ahead, LP4Y aims to support 900 youth in the next 1 to 3 years, expand support for young mothers, strengthen alumni assistance, and build multi-stakeholder coalitions to broaden its reach and replicate its model across the Philippines.
