Davao City — Davao City Hall will be restored to its original neoclassical design this month to mark the building’s centennial year, local officials announced.
Oscar G. Casaysay, head of the Office of Culture, Arts and Heritage, said the restoration will return the building to its original white color and include significant repairs to its windows.
“If we go through the restoration and repainting, we go back to its original color which is white,” Casaysay said. “We are also proposing putting up lights at the front to illuminate the full facade at night.”
