Philippine Cocktail Week (PHCW), presented by Maya Black, has unveiled its full international lineup, marking what organizers say is the largest and most globally awarded gathering of cocktail bars ever hosted in the Philippines.
Scheduled from 5 to 8 February 2026, Philippine Cocktail Week will bring together 28 of the world’s most celebrated cocktail bars and 28 of Manila’s leading local bars in a series of one-night-only collaborations staged across four neighborhoods.
Unlike traditional cocktail festivals centered on a single venue, PHCW is designed as a citywide experience. Events will unfold across Bonifacio Global City; Legazpi Village and Makati Cinema Square; Poblacion and Jupiter; and Quezon City and San Juan, turning the capital into a multi-night showcase of global and local bar culture.
“This is the first time Manila has welcomed this depth and caliber of international bar talent in a single week, working alongside local bars as collaborators,” a Philippine Cocktail Week representative said. “Philippine Cocktail Week reflects a new chapter in Filipino hospitality—one where the city opens its doors with confidence, generosity, and a strong sense of identity.”
Across four nights, internationally acclaimed bars will partner with Manila-based bars to create exclusive menus and experiences available for one night only. Organizers said the collaborations are intended as equal exchanges, blending global perspectives with Filipino hospitality inside venues that already shape the city’s nightlife.
The international lineup includes bars consistently recognized by The World’s 50 Best Bars and Asia’s 50 Best Bars, such as COA from Hong Kong, Vesper and Bar Us from Bangkok, Zest from Seoul, Virtù from Tokyo, Hope & Sesame from Guangzhou, and Dry Wave Cocktail Studio from Bangkok.
Details on specific international and local bar pairings, as well as guest bartenders, are available through the official @philippinecocktailweek Instagram account.
With Maya Black as presenting partner, cardholders will receive 20 percent cashback at all participating bars, along with exclusive perks and cashless payment options throughout the event.
“We created Maya Black to give our customers experiences that feel personal, elevated, and worth remembering,” said Pepe Torres, chief marketing officer of Maya. “Philippine Cocktail Week reflects the best of modern Filipino hospitality, and we’re proud to support an event that positions Manila confidently on the global stage.”
The event is also supported by Grab as supporting presenter, along with spirits and beverage partners including Arc Archipelago, Buffalo Trace, Don Julio Blanco, Don Papa Rum, Flor de Caña, Glenfiddich, Hendrick’s, Jameson, Johnnie Walker Black Ruby, Martell, Monkey Shoulder, Nikka, Ron Zacapa 23, and Singha.
